Refunds for services are generally not provided for cancellations made outside of the specified notice period or for no-shows.

1.2. Unsuitability for Treatment: If, following a consultation, our practitioner determines that a treatment is not suitable or safe for you, a full refund will be provided for any pre-payment made for that specific treatment.

1.3. Adverse Reactions: In the rare event of an adverse reaction to a treatment, you should contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and may offer a complimentary follow-up appointment or alternative solutions. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature and severity of the reaction and whether all pre-treatment advice was followed.

1.4. Dissatisfaction with Results: Aesthetic and beauty treatments can have varying results depending on individual factors. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results. Refunds will not be provided solely based on dissatisfaction with the final outcome, where the treatment was performed to the agreed-upon standard. We will, however, schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss your concerns and explore potential solutions or further treatments.

1.5. Pre-Paid Packages and Courses: Refunds for pre-paid packages or courses of treatments will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refund provided will typically be calculated based on the full price of the treatments already received, and the remaining balance may be refunded. Cancellation policies for packages and courses will be outlined at the time of purchase.

1.6. Our Cancellation: If we have to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or staff absence, you will be offered a full refund of any pre-payment made or the option to reschedule your appointment at your convenience, subject to availability.

2. Products

2.1. Unopened and Unused Products: If you wish to return an unopened and unused product purchased from us, you may do so within [Insert Number] days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided you have the original receipt or proof of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
